1 > Snap 8 Smile Selfies as shown in our example below. *Max size per photo is 2MB. Tip = if you have a newer iPhone, use the front-facing “selfie” camera to keep size under 2MB per photo.
2 > Fill out the following Smile Assessment Form, upload your photos, and click “Submit“.
3 > Dr. Wyatt will evaluate your teeth, smile, and bite. He will then explain your treatment options and the expected costs for your treatment!
